Our process
One team across the entire lifecycle.
The people who assess your facility are connected to the people who install and maintain the equipment so specification, install and service never contradict each other.
Four stages
What happens, in order
Every project follows the same sequence, whether it is a single prep station or a full finishing line.

1
Assess
Understand your facility, application, production requirements and goals before any equipment is proposed.
- Site walk of the building, power, air supply and exhaust paths
- Parts, throughput and coating chemistry reviewed against cycle time targets
- Existing equipment evaluated for reuse, retrofit or replacement

2
Design
Recommend equipment and configuration based on your application, throughput, compliance needs and budget.
- Booth configuration, airflow and air volume sized to the application
- NFPA 33, OSHA and Florida code requirements addressed in the specification
- Written scope, drawings and budget so nothing is discovered mid-install

3
Install
Professional installation backed by licensed contracting expertise, coordinated with your trades and schedule.
- Licensed contracting, permitting support and inspection coordination
- Phased scheduling that keeps existing production running where possible
- Mechanical, electrical and controls tie-in handled by one accountable team

4
Maintain
Service and maintenance that keep your investment operating long after the install crew leaves.
- Commissioning with documented airflow and pressure readings
- Operator and maintenance training at handover
- Preventive maintenance, filter service and emergency repair afterward
What you get
Documentation that survives an inspection
Every stage produces something you can hand to a permitting office, an insurer or your own maintenance team.
Site assessment
Written findings on airflow, power, exhaust and space constraints.
Equipment specification
Model, configuration, airflow data and options, in writing.
Install package
Drawings, permit support and an agreed installation schedule.
Commissioning report
Verified readings, operator training and a maintenance interval.
